How often will WAERb.i refresh it‘s data?

Currently WAERb.i calls and retrieves data from WAERlinx approximately every 10 mins, however we are continually aiming to make this faster.

Will WAERb.i affect the performance of WAERlinx?

No, when WAERb.i does it refresh it scans the database and only downloads new data, putting minimal stress on WAERlinx itself.

A dashboard that I want doesn‘t exist yet, can I get have it built?

Yes- similarly to enhancements in WAERlinx, we will arrange a call with you to gather your requirements, and give you an estimation of when it will be done by. Pricing may be based on the complexity of the work involved, unless you have agreed a package deal.

How much does WAERb.i cost?

There are a variety of packages available, including fixed term contracts of 3 or 6 months, with additional bespoke reports available. Prices for a 3 month contract start at around $300 per user per month. These details can be shared on request.

Will I need to request to upgrade my version of WAERb.i like I do with WAERlinx?

No, WAERb.i is one product meaning that when it is upgraded it upgrades for everyone, meaning you will get the latest features automatically. When a large update is applied we will let you know the details of the update.

Will you be adding any more "Out of the Box" dashboards?

Yes - if we see a requirement from enough WAERb.i users for a dashboard, we will develop this and make it available to everyone on the platform, free of additional charge as part of the default set of dashboards.
